About Me.
Olamiju is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she earned her BFA in Drama and trained in the Meisner studio for two years. While there, she served as the Meisner student representative on the Tisch Drama Student Council and helped lead efforts to implement anti-racist and anti-discriminatory policies—because creating safe, inclusive spaces shouldn’t be up for debate.
She continued her training at Stonestreet Studios, sharpening her skills for film and television. As a Nigerian-born actress who moved to the U.S. at 14, Olamiju quickly noticed the narrow, often cringey stereotypes about Africans. Her response? Tell bold, nuanced stories about powerful women—ones who are strong, flawed, soft, fierce, and everything in between. Basically, no one-dimensional side characters allowed.
Now based in Los Angeles, Olamiju is focused on building a meaningful career—one audition (and coffee) at a time—while telling stories that resonate and inspire.
Outside of acting, she’s passionate about languages, travel, meeting new people, and figuring out how all of it makes her a better artist (and human).
